Customer Service Officer – Aboriginal Identified

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from Swann Customers/Agents
  • Provide product and policy information to Swann Customers/Agents on a range of products
  • Process policy changes and endorsements
  • Process policy premium credit card and bank account payments
  • Process policy cancellations
