  • support the early childhood education and care sector to improve quality outcomes for children

The Role

The Customer Relations Officer strives for customer satisfaction by responding to customer needs and concerns and providing accurate and timely information to both email and telephone enquiries on the National Quality Framework (NQF).

This role is full time and ongoing at ACECQA Band 2/3 ($59,827 to $72,207)

Selection Criteria

  1. Demonstrated ability to provide accurate information to phone and email enquiries
  2. Well-developed communication skills, including telephone conversations, writing standard correspondence, emails, meeting minutes and routine reports
  3. Proven ability to work with team members and exchange information that contributes to the coordination of work between business areas
  4. Proven ability to plan and prioritise own work program to achieve defined targets, including ability to order tasks and consider impact on others to achieve results
  5. Demonstrated ability to produce easily understood communications which meet the intended purpose
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Highly desirable skills, knowledge and experience:

  1. Experience working in early education and care or outside school hours services and/or relevant qualifications
  2. Experience working in a customer relations role for an education and care regulator

You must have the right to work and live in Australia to apply for this role.

The successful candidate will be required to consent to a national police check.
