What are we looking for?
Are you looking for a career as an engineer, environmental scientist, urban planner, quantity surveyor, business consultant or just want to work on city-shaping projects? Then the Arcadis Graduate Development Program will open doors to the engineering and consulting world and kick start your career. On the back of consistent growth and major project wins, spaces are available across our business in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and Western Australia.

We take on fewer graduates than other consultancies because we want you doing real work on city-building projects within our talented teams from day one.
You will take part in a rotation program to provide experience across a number of different industry sectors, disciplines and areas of the business to help accelerate your career and build a depth and breadth of personal and professional experience. Over the three-year graduate program you will have the opportunity to experience at least three different areas outside of your home business unit, giving you a minimum of 9 months of experience in other parts of the company.
Further to regular meetings with the Graduate Group and development opportunities through our Roots of Arcadis program, you will also be given to the opportunity to apply for the Global Shapers Program, which provides 100 young professionals the opportunity to travel to one of our global offices to collaborate on improving Arcadis, creating international connections and sharing knowledge.
Who are we looking for?
You will have:
- Passion for engineering, environmental science, planning or business advisory
- Naturally able to learn quickly and adapt to different environments; and
- Excellent communication and interactive skills
