Administration-Invoicing and Payments – Identified position

  • Newcastle based
  • 12-month fixed term contract with our client, the leading telecommunications giant
  • Identified position for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders

The position will support the development of commercial opportunities and management of payment claims.

Key Accountabilities;

  • Quantification of billing data
  • Creation of payment claims
  • High volume processing of payment claims and validation
  • Manage backlog of claims
  • Reconciliation of contractor claims
  • Provide feedback on Schedule of Rate gaps
  • Assist in the creation and preparation of reports/presentations to stakeholders

 To be successful for this role;

  • Experience with payment systems or databases
  • One to three years’ experience in a similar role
  • Fast learner and attention to detail
  • Administration and basic finance skills
  • Solving problems of moderate complexity
