• Develop trusting and professional relationships with people who are Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander
• Assist them to engage in their community whilst supporting them to develop living skills
• Work with their individual strengths, identify goals and support them to work towards their goals

• Working with community services and programs to support people to exit homelessness and maintain their tenancy and connect to their community

What would I be doing? Street outreach in the early morning or late evenings, to engage with people sleeping rough, to help them get off the street into safe housing, to know that everyone has their own goals and motivation to change their circumstances, so it’s important to work alongside people. You would work with people newly housed to manage any risk to their tenancies and work closely with other Aboriginal services, specialist homelessness services, health services, council and FACS Housing.

Employment Information

• Pay: CSD level 3 $63 806pa – $68 782pa ($32.29/hr – $34.80/hr) depending on skills and experience
• 7 day rotating roster (8:30-5 pm) with some weekend and 6am early morning starts and 9pm late evening finishes
• Maximum Term Contract until 30^th June 2020, with a 3 month probation period.

• Current Drivers Licence

• Identifying opportunities for additional revenue through variation and monthly payment claim processes;
• Contributing to the resolution of major customer or supplier contracts issues or related disputes where required;
• Quantification of billing data;
• Contract risk mitigation;
• Issues management;
• Contributing to financial, operational and contractual analysis to identify risks and propose appropriate market and mitigation strategies; and
• Creation and preparation of reports/presentations to stakeholders.

About you

• Knowledge of contract law and contract management principles;
