<p>The Customer Contact team sits within the Customer Relations Branch of City of Melbourne, and is responsible for customer relationship management. This is achieved across various contact channels including a contact centre, email, web and counters, and requires the use of the Council&#8217;s CRM system (Salesforce and Pathway) and customer focus strategy.</p>
<p>The Branch drives the frameworks for community engagement and stakeholder relationships, and understands and fosters customer and stakeholder groups and their needs<strong>.</strong></p>
<p><strong>How this position makes the difference to City of Melbourne…</strong></p>
<p>Your role as a Customer Relations Officer is to provide outstanding service to all of the internal and external customers and stakeholders of City of Melbourne. You will deliver exceptional service across all customer contact channels including telephone, face to face, emails (online), written correspondence, social media and web chat.</p>
<p>As the first point of contact for customers; you as the Customer Relations Officer play a vital role in ensuring the values and service standards of City of Melbourne are continuously maintained, with a focus on first time resolution to enquiries at high quality.</p>
<p>If successful please note you will be required to commit to attending six weeks of full time training.</p>
